General Terms

• Once you are a member, and would like to renew or upgrade your membership, you can purchase them at a discount. Your membership already includes tubing and profit. However you may also purchase my other licenses at anytime.

• Members are required to place a members logo on their site within 7 days of joining. If you do not have a website, this does not apply to you. When you do get a website however, it is your responsibility to email me with your URL, and to upload your logo onto your site.

• You are not allowed to share your username and password with anyone else. If you are caught sharing your login info you membership will automatically terminated.

• I have a mailing list where I send all my latest updates. I am the only one mailing through this list. It’s now mandatory to join the mailing list to get all the latest information. If you have not joined the mailing list within 14 days of joining your membership will be suspended until you do join. The mailing list can be found here. • If you break mine or any other artist’s TOU’s you will be terminated.

• Should you choose to use any graphic found within the members area, whether a complete set or individual image, you must use a linking logo (found either with the set selection or inside the Logos link), and your license(s) (if needed) and correct referring link within the same page that the image(s) appear. A text link is permitted. This is not negotiable. Using this logo and link is part of maintaining the copyright of my graphics.

• You may NOT share anything made from here in sharing forums such as MSN, Yahoo, & Google.

Lineart Terms

• You may tube and sell your results of the lineart here. However you may not alter any lines by me or any artist. To alter my lines and my lines only you MUST have my lineart altering license to do so which you may purchase from me at anytime.

• None of the lines here are available for you to sell AS IS. You may use my lines only AS IS if you have an AS IS License.

• You must place credit for my lines in the form of a logo or text link back to me.

• If you are found misusing any of the lineart, your membership will be terminated.

• You may not resize or remove any lines at all unless you huld a lineart alter license

Special Character Terms

• These lines are not allowed to be offered as-is, or altered if you hold a line-art alter license.

• To tube these lines, you must hold a Special Character License.

Tube Terms

• You may not recolor any of the tubes offered. You may however remove some parts of the tube in order to fit your creation(s). You may also change the tubes slightly to create an animation.

• You may not offer any of the tubes as-is to anyone.

• You may make a profit from what you create with the tubes, i.e., sig tags, stationary, websets, etc.

• Anyone found misusing the tubes will have their membership terminated with NO REFUNDS!!!

• You must add more than a name to the tubes to make a sig tag.

• If by chance I do not offer other colors of hair or eyes, you may change the colors to fit your creations. Skin color may also be changed.

• You may not change any of the names on the tubes.

Other Graphic Terms

• You may use them on your personal and/or commercial site.

• Credit must still be given on the same page as the graphic.

• They MAY NOT be offered to anyone else. Results of doing this is termination.

• Banners may be used for your adverting purposes.

Siggy Terms

• Tag requests are M-Thurs. I will try to have them filled on Sundays unless I’m unable to do so due to my illness.

• You may request 3 a week for yourself and 1 a week for a friend.

• You Must link it back to http://sacredpixelated.com

• You MAY NOT offer blank tags. I don’t do it so please respect me and other artists and not do it either.

Co-Owner Terms

• Only the member of this site is allowed to use the graphics. If the other wants to use them they must join my site before use!!!

Privacy

• I only ask for your username and password once and that is to place you in the login manager I use.

• Your info is only kept by you and the login manager. It is not given out to anyone other than yourself.

I reserve the right to change my terms at anytime. If they change during your membership you must still abide by them. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me.
